We ordered our storage Queen Size Headboard on the phone. The process was professional and quick. We were told it would be delivered in 6 weeks. That was fine. But, it came in 3 weeks! The delivery process was great! The headboard was packaged so well that there was no damage! This entire process was wonderful We were treated like family! Amazing experience with Unfinished Furniture of Wilmington! I was looking for a 60” round dining table to match some chairs that I had. After searching for several months & not finding anything that matched in my price range, I came across UFOW. After speaking with both Daniel, I was convinced I’d found my table. Placed my order online on 9/20/2025 and received my gorgeous table on 9/24/2025. Can beat that!! I’ll post pics when I’m done staining it. Thanks UFOW!!

I love working from scratch - I am never able to find exactly what I want/need (shape, dimensions, etc.), so working with an inventory of unfinished items I can find my piece and completely customize it. I ordered from Unfinished Furniture of Wilmington because I couldn't find any furniture that would go with what I already had. Loved the option of being able to refinish it on my own. Lots to choose from. Ordering and delivery was easy. Quality of the item I purchased is excellent. Communication from the company was excellent. I will use them again if I have another furniture need.
