The Ellison Wide Dresser offers excellent bedroom storage. The 10 drawers are a variety of sizes and depths, allowing for versatile storage. The deep drawers at the bottom are perfect for storing larger items such as blankets or stacks of bulkier clothing. All of the spacious inset drawers are exquisitely crafted with dovetail construction and full extension metal, ball-bearing slides. Antiqued Pewter drawer pulls add an appealing accent. One of the top drawers features two velvet lined jewelry trays. In addition, the fitted back and wide base offers excellent stability with adjustable feet in the center and corners. Combine it with any of the pieces in the Ellison Collection to create a modern, cohesive look or use it as a focal piece with your existing furniture. Wood Species

Alder is a species native to the Pacific Northwest. It grows in an approximate 125 mile-wide strip along the West Coast that stretches from Alaska to Northern California. The largest concentration of Alder stands just north of Portland, Oregon.

Alder regenerates naturally and prolifically and flourishes in areas where other species might not survive. Its unique nitrogen-fixing properties enrich root systems, add nutrients to the soil and assist neighboring plants to establish and thrive. Also, since Alder develops so quickly, it helps prevent soil erosion and provides protection to more delicate and slow-growing species such as Douglas Fir, Cedar and Hemlock.
