It also features inset backs and solid sides which enhances the dresser’s durability.  In addition, this piece is available unfinished or in your choice of 11 beautiful stains or 2 paint options. This 10 drawer dresser pairs well with any of the pieces from the Alder Shaker Collection. However, it’s versatile design allows you to use it with other styles. Choose from wood, brushed nickel, or antique bronze knobs to match your decor.  This model is updated to meet ASTM anti-tipping standards.

Alder Facts: 

Alder is a relatively soft, medium-density hardwood that is easy to work with and has good finishing properties. A relative of birch, the wood features a fairly straight-grain with a uniform texture. It can be sanded, painted, or stained and dries easily.  When stained, it blends well with walnut or cherry.  It is them most abundant hardwood in the Pacific Northwest.
