The Alder Heritage Three Drawer Nightstand offers a sturdy design that brings a timeless quality to your room.  It includes three roomy drawer featuring English dovetails and solid wood drawer boxes.  In addition, all drawers sit on full-extension, ball-bearing glides.  The sides of this nightstand feature a raised panel detail that offers a subtle elegance to this traditional piece.  This nightstand ships unfinished or in your choice of 14 stains, 12 matte paint options, and 1 gloss paint option.  Further customize this piece with your choice of 7 different knob options.  This model is updated to meet ASTM anti-tipping standards.  It pairs well with any of the pieces in the Heritage Collection, but is versatile enough to combine with other pieces as well.

Wood Species

Alder is a relatively soft, medium-density hardwood that is easy to work with and has good finishing properties. A relative of birch, the wood features a fairly straight-grain with a uniform texture. It can be sanded, painted, or stained and dries easily.  When stained, it blends well with walnut or cherry.  It is them most abundant hardwood in the Pacific Northwest.
