This chest is great children as the solid Parawood construction is very durable and can stand up to years of use and abuse. It features a small cutout in the front so it will not hurt fingers as the top closes. It also has two lid supports to slow the top when closing to avoid slamming. Use it as a mudroom bench for the kids, or as a toy box in the play room. Perfect size to put at the foot of a twin size bed for extra storage.
