About the Olympic & Sequoia Patio Set:

The Olympic & Sequoia Patio Set combines modern lines with classic materials.  This set includes the Olympic Sofa, two Olympic Swivel Rocker Chairs, one Sequoia Coffee Table, and one Sequoia Side Table. The sofa and swivel rockers are made from Woven Abaca Rope, blending the elements of outdoor furniture with indoor comfort and style.  Enjoy rust proof, scratch resistant, powder-coated aluminum with both tables, as well as on the aluminum frames in all pieces.     In addition, the soft back and seat cushions (included) offer quick drying with water and fade resistant fabrics.  These foam cushions also include mesh bottoms to release moisture. Abaca Rope Maintenance: Regular vacuuming and occasional hand-washing with mild soap and cold water can remove dirt and debris.  Allow rope to air dry completely away from direct sunlight.  Long-term exposure to direct sunlight may cause the fibers to become brittle.

The Aluminum tables and frames are welded, rust proof, powder coated, and scratch-resistant.

Cushion Care: 

You can clean most accidental spots and spills easily with soap and water.  You can also vacuum your cushions with a furniture attachment.

 

 

 

Materials

Abaca rope, also known as Manila rope, is made from the strong, natural fibers of the Abaca plant.  This plant is a relative of the banana tree, which is native to the Philippines.  It is a sturdy, burlap style textile.

Aluminum Frames are welded, rust proof, powder coated, and scratch-resistant.

Olefin fabric is known for it’s impressive weather resistance and durability. It repels moisture and dries quickly after rain. Olefin resists fading, even when exposed to sunlight.
