About the T-7236B Shaker Trestle Base:

The Shaker Trestle Base offers a puzzle-like beauty that is guaranteed to draw attention with its creative construction.  Made from solid, eco-friendly Parawood, this base is designed to be used with a table top that is 72″-84″ in length.  This simple shaker pedestal has a basic tusk tenon joint in order to hold the stretcher firmly in place.  Two wood wedges are also included, which simply tap into place in the mortise.  Furthermore, it is easily taken apart by tapping out the wedge from the underside. Both columns feature a detailed cut on the edges, which adds additional beauty to the stoic design.
