About the 1626 Alder McKenzie Cabinet Hutch Top:

This classic bookcase hutch blends beauty with function. 

Combine it with the 36 inch wide base unit, model number 1625 (sold separately) to create a step back bookcase.  

Together, they will measure 84 inches tall.

Made from quality materials, including sustainably-sourced American Alder hardwoods.

The spacious shelves allow for creativity and versatility where you can display your favorite pieces.

This unit has 3 adjustable shelves, a fitted back, and tipping restraint for extra stability.

It comes fully assembled and is also available unfinished or in the following  finish options:

•  Stained (Glazed Antique Cherry, Caffe, Fieldstone, Hazelnut, or Natural Alder)
•  Select Sherwin Williams® paint (Snowbound, Aged White, Silverplate, or Tricorn Black)
• Two-tone finish

All two-tone finishes will feature the paint color of your choosing on the outside and the clear natural Alder finish on the inside and the shelves.

Additionally, only the painted finishes are available for the two-tone option.

Shipping Information:

This hutch (1626) ships assembled.

As a result, it is too large for both UPS and FedEx.

For a shipping quote, proceed to checkout and select the “R+L Carriers” option under shipping.

We also offer FREE local pickup at our Wilmington, NC location.

Custom Molding Options:

The 1626, like all the McKenzie hutches and bookcases, can be flush cut at no additional charge.

To request a flush cut, please specify the following in the comment section at checkout:

• For the crown to be flush cut on the left, specify “FCL” or “Flush Cut Left”.
• For the crown to be flush cut on the right, specify “FCR” or Flush Cut Right”.
• For the crown to be flush cut on both sides, specify “FCB” or “Flush Cut Both”.
